These Membership Terms (“Membership Terms”) govern the member areas, tools, and services (collectively, the “Membership”) offered on meracampus.academy (“Site”) by September Ten Enterprises (“we,” “us,” “our”). They form part of and should be read with our main Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By purchasing or activating a Membership, you agree to all of these terms.

1) What Membership covers (scope)

• Membership grants access to member-only content and features designated on the Site (e.g., advanced lessons/Level 3 pages, interactive tools, audio guidance, worksheets and answer keys, member UI such as ad-reduced/ad-free study pages where stated).

• We may update, add, or retire features/content from time to time to improve the service or for legal/operational reasons.

2) What Membership does not include (store items)

• Store publications—including eBooks, case studies, research papers/market surveys, datasets, and other paid downloads—are à la carte and not included in Membership. Members and non-members may purchase these separately under their own licenses.

3) Eligibility & account

• You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have verifiable parental/guardian consent.

• You must maintain a valid account with accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4) Term, renewal, price & taxes

• Access Term: One (1) year from successful payment. Unless expressly stated at checkout, Membership does not auto-renew.

• Price: The price displayed at checkout applies to your purchase. Future pricing/promotions do not apply retroactively.

• Taxes/fees: Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) and payment gateway fees may apply and are shown at checkout.

5) Payments (Razorpay / WooCommerce)

• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay) via WooCommerce and are subject to their terms.

• You authorize us/our processor to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount. International cards may incur conversion or issuer fees.

6) Refunds, cancellations & chargebacks

• Digital access policy: Because access is granted immediately after payment, all Membership sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of an accidental duplicate charge.

• If we offer a trial/cooling-off period, the specific terms shown at the time of purchase will govern.

• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension and recovery action as permitted by law.

7) License & intellectual property

• During the Access Term, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access member content for individual learning.

• You may not copy, record, mirror, resell, share, or publicly distribute member content/tools/PDFs beyond permitted personal use.

• All content, designs, logos, code, and tools remain the intellectual property of September Ten Enterprises or its licensors.

8) Downloadables & usage limits

• Member PDFs/worksheets (with answers at the bottom) are for personal study.

• Store items (see §2) have separate download rights/limits shown at purchase.

• Mass redistribution, link sharing, scraping, or automated downloading is prohibited.

9) Acceptable use & integrity

You agree not to:

• Share or sell your account, bypass access controls, or enable unauthorized access.

• Scrape, crawl, or mass-download content; upload malware; attempt security breaches; disrupt services.

• Infringe IP rights, defame, harass, or violate applicable laws.

• Misuse the service to obtain an unfair academic advantage.

10) Availability & changes

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance/outages may occur.

• We may modify or discontinue features or content (with reasonable notice for material changes where feasible).

11) Ads & third-party services

• Where stated on the Site, logged-in members may receive ad-reduced/ad-free study pages. We may still show service notices or essential third-party components (e.g., video players, analytics).

• We are not responsible for third-party sites/services (including payment gateways) linked or embedded in the Site.

12) Privacy

• We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Membership, you consent to such processing, including transactional and service emails.

13) Support

• We provide reasonable email support for access and billing queries during business hours (India time). We make no specific response-time guarantees.

14) Promotions, trials & coupons

• Promotional offers are time-limited and may include extra terms.

• Coupons/discounts are not cash and may be revoked for misuse or public sharing.

15) Suspension/termination

• We may suspend or terminate Membership without refund if you breach these Membership Terms, abuse the service, commit fraud, or violate the law.

• You may request account deletion per the Privacy Policy; deletion does not entitle refunds for elapsed/remaining Access Term.

16) Disclaimers

• Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee grades, certifications, or specific outcomes.

17) Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to the Membership will not exceed the amount you paid for the current Access Term.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

18) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless September Ten Enterprises and its affiliates against claims arising from your misuse of the Membership, breach of these terms, or violation of laws/third-party rights.

19) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including internet/hosting failures, regulatory actions, natural events, labor disputes).

20) Changes to these Membership Terms

We may update these Membership Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted on the Site and/or emailed when feasible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

21) Governing law & jurisdiction

The laws of India govern these Membership Terms. Courts located in Mumbai, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
